History

February 2019
The company was founded and started working under the brand "INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS AUDIT CONSULTING (IBAC)".
Company started providing consulting services in the field of accounting and taxation.

April 2019
The company received a license from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to conduct auditing activities in Uzbekistan. Based on the license, the company began to provide audit services to the business entities.

January 2021
The company started to provide consulting services in the field of financial consulting.

March 2022
The company has created a Business Academy providing a corporate training program for specialists in accounting, taxation, finance and other areas. 

April 2022
The company received a rating from the independent rating organization “Audit Rating” based on the results of its activities in 2021. According to the rating, the company took the leading positions among all audit companies in Uzbekistan, including international and regional companies (4th place in the nomination "Personnel", 12th place in the nomination "Volume of services provided" and top positions in other nominations).

July 2022
The company was included in the register of audit organizations that have the rights to conduct audit at banks in Uzbekistan and became one of the seven audit companies that have such rights.
